Full Retreat Description:

“Enlightenment,” said Zen master Dogen, “is intimacy with all things.” This retreat is an opportunity to explore the meaning and implications of this powerful statement. A primary focus of the retreat will be the practice of sitting and walking meditation in Noble Silence. The teacher will offer dharma talks and meditation instruction. In addition, we’ll do some guided meditations and interactive exercises that are designed to deepen our understanding of the essential role of intimacy in our personal lives and in the process of spiritual awakening.
